How to Measure Your Wrist
- Wrap a flexible tailor’s measuring tape around your wrist bone snugly without pinching.
- Alternatively, wrap a piece of string or ribbon around your wrist, mark where the ends meet, and measure flat against a ruler.
- Add 0.25 to 0.5 inches (0.6 to 1.2 cm) for a comfortable drape that allows natural movement.
