1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or executing transactions on aurevornwatches.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable state, federal, and international laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Product Listings, Availability & Pricing

Timepieces featured on Aurevorn Watches are unique, certified horological assets. While we make every effort to display accurate specifications, condition grades, and high-resolution photographs, inadvertent typographic or pricing errors may occasionally occur. Aurevorn Watches reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or adjust any order arising from genuine pricing errors prior to fulfillment.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment Settlement

Placing an order generates an invoice and reserves the timepiece for a window of 24 hours. Full payment via Bank Wire Transfer, Chime, or Cash App must be initiated within this window. Orders are considered finalized upon receipt and verification of cleared funds by our financial department.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Harris County, Texas.
