Do timepieces come with the original manufacturer box and papers?

Whenever possible, our watches are offered as Full Sets including the original manufacturer presentation box, warranty card or certificate of origin, instruction booklets, and chronometer tags. The exact set contents for each specific reference are clearly documented in the product specifications and detailed high-resolution gallery photography.

What is your shipping and transit insurance policy?

We provide complimentary, expedited courier shipping on all orders within the United States. Every shipment is fully insured for its entire replacement value during transit, protected in tamper-evident armored packaging, and delivered exclusively with adult signature required upon receipt.

How does your 14-day return privilege work?

We offer a 14-day inspection window from the delivery date. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return for a full refund provided the timepiece remains unworn, unaltered, and with all protective seals, tags, box, and paperwork intact as received.

What warranty protection is provided?

All certified pre-owned timepieces purchased from Aurevorn Watches include a comprehensive 1-year mechanical warranty. This warranty covers movement timing, amplitude tolerances, and internal mechanical components against defect under normal operating conditions.

How do you verify timing accuracy and water resistance?

Our horology laboratory utilizes precision electronic Witschi timing instruments to test daily rate deviation, balance wheel amplitude, and beat error across 5 positions. Timepieces are additionally tested in dual vacuum and hydrostatic pressure chambers to ensure factory water resistance gaskets remain sealed.
