14-Day Examination Window
We understand that acquiring a fine timepiece is a deeply personal decision. We grant every client a 14-day examination privilege commencing on the day your package is signed for and delivered.
If for any reason you wish to exchange the watch for an alternative reference or request a full refund, simply notify our concierge within 14 calendar days.
Important Return Conditions:
- The Aurevorn security tag attached to the watch must remain intact and untampered.
- The watch must remain in the exact condition received, free of scratches, sizing alterations, or signs of wear.
- All original boxes, papers, warranty booklets, chronometer tags, and accessories must be returned complete.
Step 1: Request RMA
Contact support@aurevornwatches.com or call +1 7743905171 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 2: Insured Return Label
We issue a prepaid, fully insured armored courier return label and schedule a secure driver pickup or drop-off at an authorized station.
Step 3: Intake & Refund
Upon receipt at our vault, our master watchmakers perform intake verification within 24 hours, and your refund or exchange credit is executed within 48 to 72 hours.
